Aujourd’hui, je vous propose de réaliser des biscuit inspirés des Kipferle, une recette simple et ultra gourmande directement inspirée des traditionnels Bredele alsaciens. Recette exclusive tirée de mon ebook spécial Noël 🤗 🎁 Lien en bio 🎁 Recette : - 100 g de farine de petit épeautre T150 - 100 g de poudre d’amande - 1/3 de càc de bicarbonate de soude - 35 g de miel d’acacia - 40 ml d’huile d’olive - 1/4 de càc de vanille en poudre Commencez par mettre votre four à chauffer à 180°C, chaleur tournante. Ensuite, mélangez la farine avec la vanille et la poudre d’amande. Ajoutez-y le miel et l’huile d’olive puis remuez bien. N’hésitez pas à utiliser vos mains pour plus de simplicité. Vous devriez alors obtenir une pâte homogène et malléable. Formez ensuite un long boudin avec la pâte, puis divisez-le en 20 portions à peu près égales. Formez ensuite des petits boudins avec chaque portion, pincez les extrémités puis arquez-les pour obtenir de petites lunes. Enfin, déposez-les sur une plaque couverte de papier sulfurisé et aplatissez les légèrement. Une fois votre four bien chaud, il ne reste alors plus qu’à enfourner pour 8 à 10 minutes en surveillant. Vos biscuits doivent être légèrement dorés. Laissez refroidir sur une grille sans y toucher le temps qu’ils deviennent bien croustillants, puis dégustez ! And you have to give these little gems a try🖤 They are super healthy, and seriously amazing and of course, chewy and delicious. And to top it all of they are great for dessert or breakfast. I used almond flour which makes the recipe gluten-free, grain-free, and even flourless dunce almond flour is basically 100% finely ground almonds. Recipe below 👇🏼 Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour 1 cup gluten-free oats 1/3 cup almond butter, creamy 2 tbs coconut sugar 1 tsp baking powder 2:3 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup blueberries, preferably wild 1/3 cup mini vegan chocolate chips Mix all ingredients in a bowl; add the batter to a small 8x8 baking pan and bake at 350° F for 25 min. 🥥 Almonds are a great source of nutrients, and they have great health benefits: They are rich in unsaturated fats, fiber and phytonutrients.
