🥔🥔Sweet potatoes loaded with baked beans and easy guacamole by @cookingforpeanuts @vegan.vitamin 🧡 . Recipe: (Bake 2 sweet potatoes in oven.) Cook 1 diced onion and 3 minced garlic cloves in a little vegetable broth (or in bean cooking liquid or olive oil) until onion softened, about 7 minutes. Add 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne. Cook one more minute while stirring. Mix in 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce, 1-15oz can diced tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomato paste and 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste). Add 2 cups cooked (or 1-15oz canned) beans, rinsed and drained. (Kidney beans, small red beans or cranberry beans work best.) Bring to a boil before reducing heat to simmer about 20 minutes until sauce has thickened. Salt to taste. Easy guacamole: mix together 3 very ripe avocados (mashed), juice 1 lime, 2 finely grated garlic cloves, salt to taste. Load baked sweet potatoes with beans and top with guacamole. Yogurt de Coco (Descremado sin azúcar) Ingredientes 100 gr de coco rallado 🥥 1000 gr de leche descremada 60 gr de leche en polvo descremada 1 yogurt natural Chorrito de stevia (a gusto) Preparación 1) Ponga en el vaso el coco rallado y pulverice 15 seg/vel 9. 2) Añada 500 gr de leche y mezcle 2 min/vel 9. 3) Añada la leche restante, el yogurt natural y programe 4 min/ 50 C/ vel 4.Una vez terminado agregar el chirrido de stevia y llenar 8 frascos para yogurt. 4) Abrigarlos muy bien (ideal manta de polar) y en lo posible dentro de una conservadora o dentro del horno. Dejarlos fermentar en reposo sin moverlos durante 13 hs. Luego llevar a heladera por al menos 2 horas antes de servir. #comersaludable

LASSANYA ESPECTACULAR (DE CARABASSA I BOLONYESA DE LLENTIES) Avui m'he inspirat i el resultat no ha pogut agradar-me més. De fet, crec s'ha convertit en un dels meus plats preferits. És vegetariana, fàcilment adaptable a la dieta vegana i està (al meu gust) deliciosa! 🤤 🍂 La "pasta" són làmines de carabassa (fineta, anirà directa al forn, en cru!)🎃 💫 Pel relleno: sofregiu verdures i espècies al gust. Jo hi he posat: 1 ceba, 1 all, mitja albergínia, 1 carabassó petit, abundants xampinyons, comí mòlt, pebre, orenga seca i alfàbrega fresca (sempre bé de verdures 💚). Quan estigui ben tovet tot i una mica torradet afegiu 1/2 pot de llenties cuites i 1 llauna de tomàquet triturat. Deixeu coure uns minuts i corregiu de sal. ⏺️ Beixamel: l'he fet amb oli d'oliva, farina integral i llet. Precalentem el forn a 180 i... MONTEM LES CAPES! Afegim la beixamel per sobre i al forn 25 min. ✨Per GRATINAR: formatge d'ovella sec + ametlla mòlta. Siii, atreviu-vos, l'ametlla li dóna un toc brutal! 5 min de forn a tope fins que quedi torradet. Queda cruixent!!! I a dinar 😋!!! Hey you lot just checking in with my natural self, its about that time where i get to chose to move backwards into a shell or choose to let go of that deaad energy. I am grateful for so much and in general i am happy. But as alwayss i struggle with self estheem when it comes to my natural face/skin. Its been a longtime and a longtime figuring out the best way to deal with that feeling. And Deal with the fact that Body Dysmorphic Disorder never goes away for good. I’ve learnt That mental health is about feeding your mindset in one wayy and starving it from where its gonna kill u mate!! And Making sure that when you’re down you don’t stay downn. Sharing natural posts with u guys always keeps me goingg. It takes me wayy out of my comfort zone and helps me to reset . Theres nothing to hide from if u know that u have been true to you and with others. I want there to be value behind everything i do. I want to be visually creative without loosing confidence in who i am without the lighting, angles and alll that . So i will always use this platform to ground myself and try to reach the mindsets that we may share at times. To inspire someone out of a cycle that they don’t believe they can breakk. To stop someone from chasing the perfect self they portray and perfect the person they see instead . I want to be someone thats willing to lose infront of others, to win for myself. To me this is a loss, this is me losing peoples interest because of the way i look naturally. This is me without makeup - not looking anything like my other pictures. Me without the aesthetics , Its exposuree to all the things i don’t like . But the win is being able chill, and to feel that the worst is done untill the next time. Let me be the first u might see to do it . Let this post be a trigger for you to Stop being your own enemy. You should decide your mental state, actualise everything you ‘wish’ you could do , because you can. Its easy now to say and see buttt trust me you can change your fear to the comfort you need to move on 🖤T🖤
