Freiland-Eier enthalten rund 30% mehr Vitamin D, das Hühner genauso aufnehmen wie wir Menschen, nämlich durch Sonnenlicht. Zusätzlich enthalten Eier von Hühnern aus Freilandhaltung ein Drittel weniger Cholesterin, dafür dreimal so viel VItamin E, siebenmal mehr Karotin und die doppelte Menge Omega-3-Fettsäuren wie Eier aus Bodenhaltung. ● Das liegt nicht nur an der Art der Haltung, sondern auch am Futter und wie kranke Tiere behandelt werden. Already started planning races for next year along with my goal of going to the northern open for weightlifting. My weight has not gone down too much but I am clearly loosing weight as I have has to buy smaller jeans!

Pode até diminuir com o equilíbrio da dieta, com o consumo adequado de nutrientes, ingestão correta de água, com suplementos adjuvantes e com a inclusão de novos hábitos. Mas de verdade, quem gosta de doces vai sempre gostar! 🙋🏻‍♀️ E que bom que é assim!!!!! Não perder o prazer e as lembranças afetivas que um alimento te traz é muito bom... ❤️ . O que não dá pra ignorar é que se você quer emagrecer PRECISA diminuir o consumo de calorias e a diminuição dos doces ajuda muito nisso! . Mas como eu faço então??? . Escolha uma das sugestões abaixo: . 1 - Pare totalmente, por um tempo, de comer, se você é daqueles que não consegue só o pedacinho que a nutri indica. Para algumas pessoas só funciona assim! Defina metas e prazos e manda ver. . 2- Opte por dos doces fits ou receitinhas com substituição do açúcar branco, mas coma POUCO! Senão tb não adianta. . 3- Use a regrinha das exceções para consumir seu doce predileto. Para meus pacientes que já conhecem e matemática avançada da nutri use os 20% dos escapes e seja feliz. . Pode revezar as estratégias acima sempre que achar melhor 😉🙏🏼 . 🍫🎂🍧🍮🍭🍫🍬🍩🍰🧁🍦🥧 . #tbt de uma viagem inesquecível
