Happy happy day 1 of #DontWorryDontHurry!! 😍🤩🥳😆 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This challenge was a bit difficult to organize for various reasons, so I’m extra happy see it finally come together 🙌 We didn’t get to advertise it for too long, but I hope the people that need it, find it. 🥰 Amongst all the busy holiday preparations, let’s find time to wind down together with these calming poses! 👭☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It was -3°C (which is 26.6°F) and late at night when I took this pic. 🥶😅 This is the closest I’ve gotten to #Snowga so far... What are your favorite kinds of workouts ? Are you a runner ? Maybe a die hard body pumper? Do you prefer to be at the gym on the floor doing your own thing with the machines and weights or are you like me and need a class so I have someone telling me what to do ? Do you like to go to the gym for some time away from kids ( uh-hem me 🙋🏼‍♀️) or do you like a home workout in the comfort of your own home ? I’ve done that before and I could never stay motivated . Do you like classes like me ? Yoga ? Body pump? Hip hop ? Cxworx? High fitness? Zumba? Grit? cycle ? Pilates ? Or maybe ujam? There are so many options to stay active and to do something good for your body. Have you tried high fitness ? It’s a big hit for so many and I know why. It’s fun! You get that sweaty workout in while listening to some good tunes and shaking it . My sweet friend Amy taught this class tonight . ( she is a favorite among many!) If you have not tried high fitness you really should . It’s really for everyone . Any teaches every Thursday at 6:30 in clinton . I did the first 3 workouts as a strength session and the last 4 as a circuit.
