Guilty pleasure... Left over cobbled for breakfast! This recipe is seriously the best and sooo easy! Plus you can use any type of fruit. We prefer apples, blackberries, raspberries and/or peaches. To make it extra yummy, add a scope of vanilla ice cream on top! RECIPE: 1cup sugar (brown or white) 1 cup flour, self-rising 1 stick butter 1 cup milk Fruit (~6 peaches/apples or 4 packs of berries) Optional: 1 tsp ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon nutmeg Melt butter in baking pan. Mix flour, sugar, milk and spices until smooth. Pour flour mixture over melted butter. Add the fruit (juice, too) into batter. Bake @ 350 degrees until golden brown on top.

APPLE BANANA TODDLER MUFFINS 🍎🍌 • My son LOVES these. They’re great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, any time really. Super healthy and kids go crazy for them! • • Ingredients: > 8oz softened cream cheese >1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce >1/4 cup canola oil >1/2 cup of sugar >2 eggs >3 really ripe bananas >1 tsp vanilla extract >1 cup of quick oats >1 cup white whole wheat flour >3/4 all purpose flour >1-1/2 tsp baking powder >1/2 baking soda >1/2 tsp salt >1/2 tsp cinnamon >cinnamon sugar for dusting • • >Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin pan with paper liners. >Cream softened cream cheese, applesauce, oil and sugar until smooth. >Add eggs one at a time and continue mixing >Add bananas and vanilla >Add oats, both flours, baking soda and powder, salt and cinnamon.
