EXERCISE @a.sweet_wayoflife. ASSIST DIPS . Main Muscle Worked:Chest Other Muscles:Shoulders, Triceps Equipment: Other Mechanics Type:Compound Force:Push . Instructions Set the bars of a dip machine to their 'wide' setting and take a hold of them. Once you are ready, take your feet off the foot plates so that your arms are weight baring. Bent your knees behind you so they are at a 90 degree angle. Keep your elbows extended at this point and gently lean your torso forward by 20-30 degrees. This will be your starting position. Tip: Keep a straight back throughout. To initiate the movement, inhale, bend your elbows and descend your torso towards the floor until your elbows are at a 90 degree angle. After a brief pause, exhale and return your torso back along the same path into its starting position by pushing through your chest and triceps. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.

كوكو 😊😊 بما انو كان التصويت على abs challenge أكثر فغادي نبدا بيه و من بعد نعمل booty challenge باش كلشي يبقى على خاطرو 😊 ليوما غادي نحط البروغرام ديال اربع ايام الاولى و كل يوم أنحط 4 أخرين الشالنج ديال 24 يوم ، ادا لتازمتي بالتمرين و الاكل الصحي المنتظم كن مأكدة غادي تلاحظ الفرق ولو بسيط لذلك خودو صور و مقاسات قبل و بعد الشالنج. وكنعاود نقول راه أهم حاجة هو النظام الغدائي غادي تلاحظوا ان بعض الايام فيها تمارين كثيرة و ايام أخرى العكس ، الايام لي فيها تمارين قليلة تقدرو تخدموا معاهوم كارديو او جزء اخر من الجسم و الايام الاخرى كتفيو غير بالتمارين المطلوبة.
