Had to flex the booty gains a little bit after my fabulous leg day🔥 It has been a long but fun weekend and going to the gym today was just the kick I needed to get back into the swing of things! • • • Some days it’s hard to not get discouraged when you don’t see progress. It takes a long time and a lot of consistency in your lifestyle changes before you will truly see the progress you’re looking for. I have shared before how I started seriously getting into fitness about four years ago and I have switched up a LOT of my training within those four years according to my goals. Living a healthy and balanced lifestyle is about finding something that is working for you and helping you get to your goals and being consistent with it. I’ve finally gotten my training to the point where I enjoy it and it’s working for me, and no I don’t see progress within a month of doing it. I have been training the way I am now for many months and I am now finally starting to see small changes in my muscles. Yes I know it might take a lot longer to get to where I want to be, but I’m willing to work for it. Now ask yourself this, are you willing to put in the work to achieve your goals? 6 week challenge to change final body scan. Weight loss ✅ 94.6kg down to 91.1kg . Muscle mass increased ✅ 45 up to 45.2 . Body fat % decreased ✅ 17.1% down to 13.7% Feeling happy with the result but my focus now is to maintain or improve by the next challenge. Thanks to every one I have trained with over the last 6 weeks pushing me and keeping me motivated! For the challenge I did a Minimum 3 @coachingzoneau sessions a week mainly at @coachingzonemaidstone (closest to my house) with Head Coach @danieltorres.coach and the coaching team. I also did 8 laps of the @the_440 | Maribyrnong every Saturday morning. Big thank you to @bechickin for supporting me and keeping my nutrition on point 🙌 The biggest result for me is the consistency I have found with my training and nutrition over the last 6 weeks that has left me feeling mentally and physically better. #coachingzone #challengetochange #sixweekchallenge #justthestart

HEAVY SQUAT SUPERSET ⤵️ . . Are you often unsure what to superset a heavy squat with? 🤔 . When I’m squatting up to 195 on the bar, my last thought is to superset that exercise with another heavy compound exercise . But I often hate the longggg rest periods that come with training for strength, so I often like to include an isolation exercise with a squat to keep my glutes engaged while killing time 🤩 .
